Hello there Midlife Mojo listeners! Your host, Lisa DuPree, here with some exciting news! The midlife mojo podcast recently turned 2!! I launched this show at the end of March 2022 with the goal of supporting others in their 40โ€™s and 50โ€™ to feel and look amazing every day.  I want to send my heartfelt thanks to all the loyal listeners of the show for the past two years and if you are new to the show, welcome - Iโ€™m so glad you are here!  

Some fresh, new changes are coming to the show that I can't wait to share with yโ€™all. First up, I've revamped the show description to better reflect the core mission of Midlife Mojo.
