Lisa DuPree


Lisa DuPree brings over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to the podcast. 


She has a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology.  She is a certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. 


Lisa specializes in working with mid-life women who have been successful in their careers at the expense of their health and happiness.  The most common issues her clients struggle with are dealing with the effects of chronic stress, weight gain, being out of shape and worry about staying on top of their game at work.  By translating evidence based strategies into highly tailored action plans, the results they see are weight loss, more focus, increased confidence and greater energy so they thrive both at work and play.
