The Midlife Mojo Podcast is gonna be hitting pause on new episodes for just a few weeks. Not going for a full on long break. Just taking a short, mid-year reset, I'm gonna be releasing updated versions of some of the most popular, most loved episodes from the archives, the episodes that are really packed with tips, motivation, and that mojo energy that you've come to expect.

So if you've missed a few episodes, if you're new to the podcast or you just want a refresher, this is a perfect chance to catch up. This time of year is, is really great for check-in and a reset. Not doing a giant overhaul, but just kind of reflecting and maybe pivoting if needed. So taking a moment, for you to just reflect and think through what's working, what's not working at [00:01:00] this point.

We are halfway through the year. And so what do you need more of in the second half of this year? What shifts could help you feel stronger, calmer, more energized for the rest of the year? I, and also what would help you be more aligned, feel more alive, more like yourself in the months ahead. And so these podcast replays are really gonna be here to support you with practical ideas, mindset shifts, and a reminder as always, that it's never too late to start showing up for yourself . While the podcast is in this mini refresh mode, I'm gonna be working on something new behind the scenes, and I think you are going to love it. I am so excited about it. This project has come full circle, uh, based on just my observations working with clients over the years, and also my [00:02:00] own experience with my body transformation for competing in the bodybuilding fit model competition.

So it is a brand new weight loss archetype quiz, and it's gonna help you identify your strengths and superpowers when it comes to fat loss and fitness and midlife. And it's also gonna help you get clear on what might be holding your back. And so this isn't your typical, like what type are you? Cosmo quiz, y'all remember those magazine quizzes back in the day?

Like what kind of flirt are you? You know what, um, hairstyle matches your aura. You know, I don't know about y'all, but I was in there like, you know, with a pencil circling A, B, C, and, hoping that the result didn't make me cringe. Well this quiz is a little bit different.

It's gonna be more like a compass. It's designed to help you figure out what's driving your results. Or you know what's quietly stalling them so you can stop second guessing and start making changes that feel [00:03:00] aligned, doable, and actually stick in a way that really fits who you are now and where you are at this stage of life.

And so that is gonna be launching in August alongside brand new episodes, and I cannot wait to share that with y'all.
